These Terms govern use of the Foyer Systems website and consultation request flow. Foyer Systems is a subsidiary of FizziLabs.

Any paid work, implementation, software development, maintenance, hosting, data processing, confidentiality, or support obligations must be covered by a separate written agreement or statement of work signed with FizziLabs, Foyer Systems, or the applicable contracting entity.
Website content describes general capabilities, possible workflows, and example service models. It is provided for informational purposes and does not create a services agreement, warranty, professional advice relationship, or guarantee of business, legal, privacy, accessibility, or regulatory compliance.
Submitting a workflow consultation request does not obligate FizziLabs or Foyer Systems to accept a project, provide services, reserve capacity, or deliver a proposal. We may decline, prioritize, or request more information about any inquiry.

Foyer Systems builds custom front office interfaces, intake flows, dashboards, integrations, and operational tools. Client-facing legal text, waivers, consents, privacy notices, record retention rules, accessibility obligations, and industry requirements remain the client's responsibility unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
"California aware" means the software can be designed with California operational and privacy considerations in mind. It does not mean Foyer Systems provides legal, regulatory, or professional compliance services.
